FACILITIES

L'Alqueria Blanca, located on the southern slope of the estate with panoramic views from the Sierra de Tramuntana to the Bay of Palma, has a rich history linked to the production of high quality oil. The old oil mill is now a multifunction room equipped for events. The modernist lounges are ideal for relaxing, reading or enjoying a good wine, and the gardens display native Mallorcan flora to get away from urban stress.

POOL

It is located in one of the best corners of the estate, on its southern slope, in front of the modernist building, with magnificent views that range from the Sierra de Tramuntana to the Bay of Palma.

OIL PRESS

In the origins of the estate, due to the high quality of the olives from the Sierra de Tramuntana and the high appreciation of the oil at the time, oil was produced in the oil mill. It was a quality oil, so much so that it was awarded the silver medal at the “Universal Exhibition of Barcelona” in 1888. Today only some parts of the original oil mill remain, such as the spectacular stone mill or part of the hydraulic machinery that replaced traditional machinery in 1911.

Currently, the oil mill has been converted into a highly versatile multifunction room that, thanks to its quality equipment (audio, video, lighting control...) can organize all types of events.

ARCHITECTURE

In the building you can see 2 very different architectural styles. The old part, where all the agricultural outbuildings were located (which is where the rooms are now), has a typical Mallorcan architectural style and the “more current” part, which is modernist in style, the project of which was ordered by Beatriz Fuster ( Family of the current property) to the Catalan architect Miquel Madorell i Rius in 1908. Currently, the ground floor of this building has been used as a dining room for breakfast or to celebrate small events, where the Agrotourism reception is located.

A true gem from the past!

ROOMS

Our clients can enjoy several rooms where they can relax, read a book or meet with their friends over a good wine. Breakfast is currently served in its spectacular modernist rooms.

GARDENS

The gardens show a typically Mallorcan flora, of native species, typical of the municipality. The northern slope of the estate, at the foot of the Puig de Sa Gubia, is planted with olive trees and pine forests, while the southern slope is populated with almond trees. Both areas form the typically Mediterranean landscape, drawing an image in line with the philosophy of the island, far from the stress and frenetic pace of the big cities.
