If at any time you need something, don't hesitate to ring the bell and someone will come to assist you.

CHECK-out

Check-out es a las 11:00 a.m.

If you want, you can leave your suitcases at reception so you can enjoy your last hours on the island.

Also if you want, you can enjoy our pool until your flight departure time. You can use the pool, changing room and shower towels.

Access

The doors of the farmhouse close at 10:30 p.m.

Our clients have the access key to enter at any time.

If you find the front door closed, we would appreciate it if you could lock it again.

Access barriers

The access barriers to the property operate 24 hours a day. You just have to press the button to open them.

You have free WiFi in your room and in most common areas.

CLEANING

Room cleaning is daily (only in the mornings).

Our team would appreciate it if you could clean the room before 1:30 p.m.

If for some reason you have the “do not disturb” sign on, we understand that you do not want us to clean your room. In this case you can always ask for a change of towels.

CLEANING TOWELS

Help us save water.

Hanging towels means ‘I will use them again’. Towels on the floor means ‘please replace’.

You have a set of blue towels for the pool. Hang them in the sun on your terrace so you always have them ready.

BREAKFASTS

Breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:30

If you want we can also prepare it at 8:00 if you reserve it in advance.

You have a very early flight on the day of your departure, let us know and we will prepare breakfast for you the day before in your room.

CHROMECAST

Our TVs are equipped with Chromecast. Just follow the instructions on the TV screen to connect and watch content from your devices.

SAFE

You have a safe in your room.

If you want to use it, ask for the key at reception.

DRINKS

In our common room you will find a small variety of wines, coffees, teas and water. You just have to write down your drinks on the drinks sheet.

POOL

Our pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

It is not allowed to bring glass glasses and plates.

The Tramuntana Mountains are declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. We appreciate your collaboration with responsible consumption of both water and electricity.
