The farm S’Alquería Blanca is registered in the files of the city of Bunyola since the early 12th Century. In 1908, in became the property of the current owner family.

The estate has always been dedicated to agriculture and animal breeding and it is to this day. In 2005, the country hotel welcomed its first guests and complements the farm’s activities as Agroturismo perfectly since then.

Alquería Blanca’s main building was designed by the Catalan architect Miquel Madorell i Rius in 1908. It’s a beautiful example of art nouveau on Majorca.

Today, the main building’s upper floor is the private residence of the owner family. On the ground floor, there are the reception and common rooms for the hotel guests. The hotel rooms are in former workers’ accommodations, warehouses and cowsheds that have been renovated with a lot of attention to preserve their original charm while creating high-quality hotel rooms.
